Return Policy
Returns should be made by following the instructions on the back of the packaging list enclosed with your shipment. All returned publications, videotapes, and audiotapes should be sent to:

- Only physical products may be returned — we do not accept returns on digital items (e-books, webinars, etc.)
- Products must be unmarked and in resalable condition for credit.
- A Joint Commission Resources packing list must accompany all returned products.
- Shipping charges will not be credited.
Products damaged in shipment will be replaced free of charge if notification is received within 30 days of product receipt. Please contact the JCI Customer Service Center at +1 630 268 2990 (13:00 UTC - 22:00 UTC). If notification is received after 30 days, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement copy.
Reprints
Reprints of a single article may be purchased through the Department of Publications at Joint Commission Resources®. To order reprints, please send a completed Reprint Form with your payment (payable to Joint Commission Resources) to:

You will be contacted within five to 10 business days with a response to your request and should receive your reprints within four weeks.

Shipping Rates
Orders will be charged for shipping/handling based on the total value of the titles being ordered. Shipping and handling charges apply to products being shipped to one location only. Orders shipping to multiple locations will incur a shipping and handling charge for each destination.
